New Homeowners in The Highlands Community

When we first previewed The Highlands Community, not only did we know from our 30 plus years of experience as real estate professionals in the Pasco area that this community would be great for our clients, we also fell in love with The Highlands and decided to make this community our home. The location is close to shopping, schools and the Gulf of Mexico, yet flood insurance is not required.

We selected the St. Thomas Patio Home because it offered the maintenance free lifestyle that we wanted as well as a great floor plan and design. Stewart is extremely happy with the pool/cabana area where he can do his early morning swims and I am enjoying walking on the trails in the linear park, which is part of the master planned community. Thanks to the professional staff of Pioneer Homes for their excellent assistance during our building experience.
