Q:	How long has Pioneer Homes been in business?
A:	Pioneer Homes has been developing communities in the central west coast of Florida for 30 years. Pioneer has been the exclusive builder in most of our communities.
Q:	Is payment of “CDD Fees” required in the communities Pioneer Homes builds?
A:	CDD fees have not been passed onto the homeowner in the communities that Pioneer Homes has developed to date. This is a significant savings to the residents of these communities.
Q:	How much are the Taxes and are there Home Owners Association (HOA) dues for the community I’m interested in?
A:	Taxes and Master HOA Fees are normally very reasonable. In some of our communities, maintenance free services are offered, such as grass maintenance, irrigation and security gates. In these instances, there may be additional fees for those services.
Q:	Is flood insurance a requirement?
A:	Most communities do not require flood insurance.
Q:	How long will it take to build my home?
A:	Typically, we forecast 6 to 9 months from the time construction begins to build. However, there are variables that may impact this schedule, such as weather, labor and material supplies.
Q:	When I’m in your model homes, is everything I see a standard feature?
A:	In most instances, we do include upgrades in our models to provide a variety of décor suggestions to the homebuyers.
Q:	Do you offer the services of an interior designer to coordinate my interior selections?
A:	We offer an in-house design center, which includes a vast array of interior finishes and upgrades and a design coordinator to assist our customers for the convenience of one-stop shopping.
Q:	What type of warranty do you offer?
A:	One year full warranty, a two-year mechanical warranty and thereafter, a ten-year structural warranty.
