We have been residents of Dunedin for over 30 years and when it came time for us to move, it was a very major decision. However, after looking around for almost three months, we found Harbor Ridge Town homes in Palm Harbor. We have been here now since December of 2010, and couldn’t be more delighted.

It has proven to be the best choice for us. The fabulous location, the calm and quiet neighborhood, the many amenities, and the great neighbors all contribute to our happiness in our town home. We are truly happy here and very pleased with our decision.

My favorite things about living at Harbor Ridge are that it is a quiet development on a street that is withdrawn enough from the main road to be great for evening walks, but still close to highways and "on the way" to everything. The homes have a great layout, plenty of space, and ample storage (particularly the pantry in the kitchen). Buying at Harbor Ridge was ideal for me because I was able to customize to my design choices and move in when it was done. Had I chosen to buy an existing home rather than new construction, I would have had to update while living in the home, and this was NOT an option for me. After almost a year living here, I have had few to no issues and still regularly walk through my home thankful to have purchased a Pioneer Home

Over the last year, I completed plans to have a home built in The Highlands community. My closing was in mid-April, 2011. At the end of April, I relocated here from Colorado. I wish to share with you the great experience I have had with building a Pioneer Home.

The first contact I had was with your sales consultant, Al Toracco. He was very knowledgeable about the different homes and the community, and he was eager to answer any questions I had. He returned all phone calls (from Denver CO) and E-mails promptly, and I began to recognize that I would be experiencing personal contact if I selected a home from Pioneer.

In October, 2010, I then came into contact with Annette, the design consultant. I am going to single her out as her assistance in selecting all the design items was invaluable. She was very patient answering all of my questions and like Al, my phone calls and E-mails were promptly and professionally answered. Annette accompanied me to visit to Aqua-scape Pools to select pool colors and also accompanied me to the paver company, and it was all helpful to me. In particular, the pool deck, and cage, all came out great. I visited the models again in January, 2011 for electrical inspection, and again Annette worked with me as I made final color selections for tile, cabinets, carpeting, etc. Her assistance further confirmed that I was receiving personal service from Pioneer Homes.

Since my move, I have had a few items which I have asked Chris to resolve. He has addressed my concerns and resolved the issues efficiently. In particular, he has coordinated with me when craftsmen would be here and I appreciate that consideration. Also, his repair men have been great to take care of the problems (none major) and I appreciate the care the workmen took of my home.

Pioneer Homes is committed to personal service and I am very happy with my home in The Highlands. I also want to comment on the groomed appearance of the entry area to the Highlands. It looks great and several friends have commented about how nice the entry is. I commend Pioneer Homes for its commitment to the development.

We have worked with six builders in the past and Pioneer Homes was the most accommodating by doing everything we asked for. Other builders did not keep us as informed by sending pictures and giving updates while our home was being built. The sales consultant even helped us get a rental unit to stay in while the home was being built. I made a list of everything I wanted and Pioneer Homes ensured all requests were completed based off my personal list.

The employees at Pioneer Homes ensured the home would be built the way we wanted and they did. We also loved the neighborhood, how quiet it is, and the neighbors are very nice too. We couldn’t ask for a better crew. The entire team did an excellent job from start to finish. If we were to build another home we would do so again with Pioneer Homes.

As we discussed several times over the last few months, we had looked at many, many resale’s in the Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor/Dunedin area. At the end of the day we felt the purchase of a new home at Harbor Ridge was the best option! The home is exactly what we need and the planning & closing efforts with Harbor Ridge/Pioneer Homes were great.

The experience of living in the development for our 1st winter supported our original thoughts. Everyone in the area is friendly and we took satisfaction from watching the development expand with the same care and quality that went into our home.

The development is safe, secure and the central location to Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, the Pinellas Trail, shopping, eating establishments and shopping is great, exactly what we wanted!

Because the Harbor Ridge development is secure we feel comfortable in leaving our home vacant during the summer months. Knowing that you and your associates are a call away also helps.

Harbor Ridge Townhomes is in a great location, its privacy and quite environment instills a very relaxing atmosphere. Close to the Palm Harbor downtown area, to the beaches and right on the Pinellas Trail.

The townhomes have a fantastic open lay out with a great flow,,, I am enjoying the benefits of a maintenance free community, I love it...!!!
